DIY Creative Workshop Assistant (no experience required)​

  • Prepare materials and tools for workshop, including wood and stencils

  • Set up tables and supplies for workshop

  • Help clean up during and after workshop to maintain a clean environment for guests and team members

  • Greet and seat guests when they arrive and assist with the check-in process

  • Assist guests with DIY techniques and paint/stain color choices

  • Provide encouragement and help to guests while they work on their projects  

  • Help team leader maintain a fun, positive, friendly and creative environment for guests and other team members

  • Help guide workshop guests through required steps to create their masterpiece

  • Help guests that are "behind" finish their projects

  • Assist team leader and team members complete their tasks and responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with our project steps, DIY techniques and workshop policies

  • Help guests fix any issues that may occur during workshop

  • Provide hands-on assistance to guests with their projects and give our guests the best DIY experience ever

Starting pay is $9 - $14/hr (plus tips), depending on experience and skills.  There is opportunity for pay increases as more responsibilities are taken on.  We continually offer training to team members who would like to grow with us.

Lead Instructor (experience preferred)​

  • Maintain a fun, positive, friendly and creative environment for guests and team members

  • Guide workshop guests through required steps to create their masterpiece

  • Manage pace of workshop and help guests complete their projects

  • Lead and assist team members 

  • Prepare wood and stencils

  • Stay up-to-date with our DIY techniques and workshop policies

  • Fix any issues that may occur during workshop

  • Provide hands-on assistance to guests with their projects and give our guests the best DIY experience ever

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests along with your team

Starting pay is $12 - $16/hr. (plus tips), depending on experience.  There is opportunity for pay increases as more responsibilities are taken on.  This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time hours based on performance, if desired after a period of time.   We continually offer training to team members who would like to grow with us.
